  We careful as prices are sometimes very inflated from what it states online. Most recently we tried to purchase a pressure washer, the in store price was significantly more than their online price (not an online exclusive) store had said no problem but had to wait for manager to get it as only “dummyboxes” on display. Stood around waiting and went to pay and the manager refused to honour price! We had to go outside and buy it online and wait for an hour to pick up the same purchase. The manager was very dismissive and I felt very rude given their prices did not match what they were advertising the product at. It was a instore price but in store refused to honour it. So just be weary as several times we have had this happen without noticing at paying and it’s not until afterwards I have noticed and just cut mum loses but this was a difference of £20! It seems That this store makes it own prices not in keeping with the company. The fact that the item was there waiting and purchased yet still made us wait is an example of how petty the situation was handled by the manager.
